Starting a nutrition and fitness program is a big step, and it’s totally normal to have questions. We’ve put together some of the most common ones below to help you get a better idea of what to expect.

Are Your Programs One-Size-Fits-All?
No, all of our programs are customized based on your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and current fitness level. Our coaching is about finding what works best for you.
Do I Need to Join a Gym?
Not if you don't want to!
Your coach can create a program that works with your current resources, whether you train at home, in a gym, or have limited equipment.
Do you just focus on weight loss programs?
Absolutely not. We offer personalized nutrition coaching, fitness training plans, and habit coaching designed to help you achieve your goals sustainably. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, or improve your overall health, the programs are tailored to meet your unique needs.
What happens after I sign up?
You will get a link to create your profile in our app and your program will be delivered to you. Coaching clients will get a free Discovery call where we will discuss your needs, current challenges, and strategy to achieve your goals.
What if I need to cancel or pause the program?
If you need to pause or cancel for any reason, please contact me. Your coach will work with you to find a solution that supports your situation.
How do I communicate with my coach?
You can reach out to your coach at any time via messaging within our app. Coaching clients will have weekly check-in forms to complete that are reviewed and responded to by their coach.
Do I have to take and/or buy supplements?
Absolutely not. Supplements are just that - supplemental to a proper diet. Your coach will work on optimizing your dietary needs through whole, natural foods before exploring any supplement opportunities.
Do I need to follow a strict diet or count calories?
Not at all! Our coaching focuses on sustainable habits, not restrictive diets. We’ll find a nutritional approach that supports your goals and works for your lifestyle.
Can you help if I have specific dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating nutrition plans that accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences, and medical conditions. Your health and well-being are always my top priorities.
What happens after the program ends?
Once the program ends, you’ll have the tools, knowledge, and habits to maintain your progress on your own. We also offer options for ongoing support or accountability if you’d like additional guidance to stay on track.
What if I have questions or need help?
Your coach is here to support you every step of the way. You’ll have direct access to your coach for questions, guidance, or adjustments to your plan as needed.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on your goals, current habits, and the level of effort you put into the program. While some changes can be seen within a few weeks, lasting results come from consistent effort over time.
