Hello
I’m just a regular person—juggling a full-time job, being a wife, a mom of two, and everything in between. But along the way, I discovered a passion for transforming my health and physique, which led me to become a natural pro bodybuilder, personal trainer, and nutrition coach.
My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s taught me that real, lasting change is possible with the right approach. I know how overwhelming it can feel to get started or stay consistent because I’ve been there. That’s exactly why I’m here—to help others navigate their own journeys, find what works for them, and realize that they, too, can achieve their goals.
If I can do it, so can you. Let’s make it happen together.
My Story
I’m a wife, a mother of two teenagers (and two dogs), and I work a demanding full-time job in healthcare. Like many of you, I’ve felt overwhelmed by the pressures of juggling competing priorities. I’ve been in that place where I felt like I had nothing left to give and couldn’t possibly take on one more thing. I know what it’s like to believe that taking care of myself would require more time and effort than I had to give—and that even if I tried, I wouldn’t succeed. But I’m here to tell you that you can take care of yourself, and yes, you can succeed.
Growing up, I was an athlete who loved competing and pushing my physical limits. However, I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food. Instead of viewing it as fuel for my performance, I saw it as a barrier to achieving the “perfect” physique I was chasing. Despite this, I achieved one of my dreams: playing Division I volleyball at a top program. Unfortunately, a career-ending injury forced me to redefine my identity. After that, I poured all my energy into my family and career, leaving my athletic life behind. But my struggles with food continued.
In my late 20s, I started facing serious health challenges. Chronic migraines and a variety of other symptoms eventually led to a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. During that time, I felt like my body was failing me. I saw myself as a victim of my condition and resigned to the idea that I would never feel good again. My frustration with the healthcare system only deepened these feelings. I felt dismissed, unheard, and without viable solutions to improve my quality of life.
I’ll admit I made excuses. Excuses about why I couldn’t exercise, eat better, or make changes. But one day, I realized that something had to change. I couldn’t keep doing the same things and expect different results. I decided to take control of my health and my life, determined to give my body the best chance to function within its limits. I refused to remain a victim or let excuses hold me back.
That’s when I signed up for an Intro to CrossFit class. I rediscovered my love for competition, camaraderie, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from setting and achieving goals. Around the same time, I started working with a nutrition coach who changed my life. She helped me transform my relationship with food and taught me how it could improve my quality of life. With her guidance, I gained the knowledge and habits to make sustainable healthy choices, even with a busy lifestyle.
Now, after years on this journey, I feel better physically and mentally than I did in my 20s. My experience has fueled a passion for helping others—men and women who, like me, want to experience a transformation. I’m here to show you that it’s possible to prioritize your health, even with a full plate.
We only get one body, and it deserves our care. By taking ownership of our health, we create opportunities to fully enjoy the one life we have. Let me help you take that first step toward becoming the best version of yourself.
